Who created this Mitfahrboerse
A brief circumscription of the work of FM5: The independent magazine FM5 attempts to create new medial space. With regard to this the methods of FM5 are not restricted to conventional approaches to editorial work. During the past three years it developed into an innovative platform for cultural exchange both for artists and the contemporary youth, which has also been noticed by the established media. Moreover, in addition to its editorial and journalistic activities, the association not only became active in virtual matters, but also organised and planned various events with young and renowned artists. As a consequence of the former, the platform “nolabel” has been established. A project of FM5, “nolabel” aims at providing musicians both with information on the subject as well as with possibilities to establish new connections and acquaintances. Siemens Österreich awarded this project within the frame of the “Spin-the-globe Imagineer-Competition”. Apart from the magazine, the association “Freies Magazin FM5” also designed the platfrom www.nolabel.at, briefly tackled in the above, and the Mitfahrbörse (www.mitfahrboerse.at)
